1. Finance
Q: Why is a title (Mr. or Ms.) required for the credit bureau in Finance?
A: A title is required for optimal matching when verifying information with the credit bureau. Without it, we may receive no results or results with lower confidence, which could affect the accuracy of the process.
2. Cards
Q: Is a title required for Cards?
A: No, a title is not required for Cards. However, it can seem inconsistent to have a title for Finance but not for Cards. If we choose not to include a title for Cards, we would need to create an additional field for Finance to capture the title if the same customer uses Finance later. Moving from Finance to Cards is not an issue, as a title is already required for Finance.
3. Plans
Q: Is a title required for pets in Plans?
A: Yes, a title is required for plans.
