Getting Started

How do I use Finance?

Tabeo offers clear, simple options to pay for your purchases using Finance in just a few clicks:

  • Receive your purchase overview/invoice from merchant by email or text
  • Select your payment plan (3-60 payments) on the page displayed
  • Complete our application form - credit decision is typically instant
  • Select your preferred monthly payment date
  • Enter your direct debit details
  • Review and accept your loan agreement
  • Make your first payment with a debit card
  • If successful, your loan is live and you receive your goods/services.

That's it!

We charge your account monthly on the date you selected, for the monthly amount due.

What is Finance?

Instead of paying in one lump sum upfront, you pay in easy monthly payments - we call this Finance.

For example, if you need to pay £1,800 for your dental treatment, instead of making one payment, you may elect a 12 month 0% APR Finance option, meaning you pay in 12 equal payments of £150. You select the date you want to pay –simply pick one of three payment dates, whichever suits you best. If you want to repay early, in part or full, no problem. You can do this easily online, any time and at no extra cost.

Your upfront deposit must come from a valid debit card in your name. So, the name on your card must match the name on your Tabeo account. If it does not, we cannot complete the transaction. Your monthly payments will be taken by direct debit from your bank account.

Tabeo makes money by charging the merchant a small fee, just like when you pay with a card.

What will I need to sign?

Simply click 'accept' when prompted to electronically sign the loan agreement. That's it, no paper to print - no wet signatures.

What are my payment options?

You will receive different Finance options, each with a different combination of term (months) and APR (interest rate). The various combinations will impact your monthly payment amount and/or the total amount you will pay. The terms on offer are always clearly shown during your application, and you are free to accept them (or not) only when you are happy they work for you.

What is the status of my purchase?

Once you have accepted the loan agreement, please contact your merchant for details and any arrangements to be made for your purchase or appointment.
